Mrs. Lopez’s class loved our trip to the park last week! We are so grateful to Kathy Heavican and Taqueria Hernandez for handing out juice to the kids. Their kindness and generosity meant so much, and our students were beyond excited! We truly appreciate the support and love shown. ❤️ To top it all off, we had an amazing Water Day full of laughter, smiles, and fun memories with friends. It was the perfect way to celebrate together! 💦 La clase de la Sra. López disfrutó muchísimo nuestro paseo al parque la semana pasada! Estamos muy agradecidos con Kathy Heavican y Taqueria Hernandez por repartir jugos a los niños. Su amabilidad y generosidad significaron mucho para nosotros, y nuestros estudiantes estaban más que emocionados! Realmente apreciamos todo el apoyo y cariño que nos demostraron. ❤️ Y para hacerlo aún mejor, tuvimos un increíble Día de Agua lleno de risas, sonrisas y recuerdos divertidos con nuestros amigos! Fue la manera perfecta de celebrar juntos! 💦

Warrior student fans!! We need your attention!!

There will be a student section tomorrow near our assigned area!! We encourage students from the high and middle schools to sit in these areas to cheer for your WARRIORS. Sitting here is highly encouraged but not required.

We encourage students who would like to sit in the section to arrive early. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The theme is PINK OUT. Wear as much pink!

The Warriors play against Lexington on Saturday at 7:30.

Mrs. Macaluso's class ended their last full week of school with park day and water day. We had so much fun and made some special memories. We can't wait to see all of our grownups at our graduation on Monday! La clase de la Sra. Macaluso terminó su última semana completa de clases con el día del parque y el día del agua. Nos divertimos mucho e hicimos algunos recuerdos especiales. ¡No podemos esperar a ver a todos nuestros adultos en nuestra graduación el lunes!

Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing moms from Mrs. U’s class! 💐💖 Our students had so much fun decorating pots and planting flowers as special gifts for their moms.  ¡Feliz Día de las Madres a todas las increíbles mamás de la clase de la Sra. U! 💐💖 Nuestros estudiantes se divirtieron mucho decorando macetas y plantando flores como regalos especiales para sus mamás. 

The boys are district champions, and headed back to State! Congratulations Warriors!

Miss. Alarcon’s class enjoyed celebrating Cinco de Mayo by visiting El Patron for some yummy chips, salsa, and horchata! We also had a great time visiting Paleteria Oasis and enjoyed some delicious ice cream. A huge thank you to both El Patron and Paleteria Oasis for having us — we had so much fun! 🎉🌮🍦 ¡La clase de Miss. Alarcon disfrutó mucho celebrando el Cinco de Mayo visitando El Patron para comer deliciosos chips con salsa y tomar horchata! También nos divertimos mucho visitando Paleteria Oasis y disfrutamos de un delicioso helado. ¡Muchísimas gracias a El Patron y Paleteria Oasis por recibirnos! ¡La pasamos increíble! 🎉🌮🍦

Mrs. Macaluso's class was able to walk to the ice cream shop this week and enjoy some delicious ice cream! ¡La clase de la Sra. Macaluso pudo caminar hasta la heladería esta semana y disfrutar de un delicioso helado!

Happy Cinco de Mayo! We walked to El Patron and had some yummy chips and salsa and horchata! Thank you so much to El Patron for letting us come visit! ¡Feliz Cinco de Mayo! ¡Caminamos hasta El Patron y comimos unas deliciosas patatas fritas, salsa y horchata! ¡Muchas gracias a El Patron por dejarnos venir a visitarte!

In partnership with CHI, Schuyler Warrior Academy is excited to host a Mental Health Awareness Art Poster Contest as part of our Mental Health Awareness Walk on Saturday, May 16th!

Students are invited to create a poster answering ONE of these questions:
🎨 What does mental health mean to you?
🎨 What do you do for your mental health?

There are FOUR different age group categories, and students will have the opportunity to win prizes!

You can:
✔️ Turn posters in at CHI
✔️ Drop them off at one of the school buildings
✔️ Or bring them with you to the Mental Health Awareness Walk on Saturday

We hope you will participate in this meaningful event and help spread awareness, kindness, and positive conversations about mental health throughout our community. 💚

🎨 ¿Qué haces para cuidar tu salud mental?

¡Habrá CUATRO categorías por edades y los estudiantes tendrán la oportunidad de ganar premios!

Pueden:
✔️ Entregar los carteles en CHI
✔️ Llevarlos a cualquiera de las escuelas
✔️ O traerlos con ustedes a la Caminata de Concientización sobre la Salud Mental el sábado

SCHS would like to invite everyone to our Musical “Matilda!” We perform this upcoming Friday and Saturday night at 7pm and Sunday at 2pm in our SCHS Fine Arts Auditorium. This is a great musical for all ages, so bring your family and friends! Hope to see you there!

Mrs. Macaluso's class has been anxiously awaiting this moment. We had been watching our caterpillars grow, go into their chrysalis, and turn into butterflies. We let our new friends go this week and had a great time watching them crawl around, saying goodbye and watching them fly away. La clase de la Sra. Macaluso ha estado esperando ansiosamente este momento. Habíamos estado viendo a nuestras orugas crecer, entrar en su crisálida y convertirse en mariposas. Dejamos ir a nuestros nuevos amigos esta semana y lo pasamos muy bien viéndolos arrastrarse, despedirse y verlos volar.
