Schuyler Public Library is very excited to be hosting a community wide art project on April 18th! We're asking folks to preregister for this free event, so we can prepare materials and snacks.

Due to a last minute forfeit by one of the visiting teams, Schuyler will not be playing its first game on Saturday, March 21. Instead, the Warriors will be awarded a victory for their 10:00 game and will be playing only their 12:00 game. Thank you for your understanding! Go Warriors!!

NDE Student Language Spotlight
Three students from Ms. Wilch's Spanish classes were selected to showcase their work for the 2026 Nebraska World Language Week Student Language Spotlight!
The spotlight highlights the best student projects, presentations, recordings, and writing that show creativity and strong language skills. Each class could submit one standout piece, and these students represented Ms. Wilch's classes wonderfully. All selected students received a certificate and have their work featured on the Nebraska World Language Week website. Congratulations to Kaleb Corral, Amy Delacruz, and Madalyn Mendez for their hard work and achievements!

Congratulations to the Warrior Speech Team! Yesterday the Warriors participated in district speech at Wayne and brought home some hardware. District Runner-Up and 6 individual state qualifiers. We are so proud of you!!

Winner, winner! Chicken dinner! 🐓🥇 Fishers students have a friendly competition each week on IXL. Students practice math and reading topics specific to their abilities each day on their iPad and this weeks goal was most answers correct. Congrats to our top three last week! Nora, William, and Pryor!!! ¡Ganador, ganador! ¡Cena de pollo! 🐓🥇 Los estudiantes de Fishers tienen una competencia amistosa cada semana en IXL. If you’re interested, please stop by CHI to learn more. They have a program that provides families with a free modem and free internet service through June 2026 — no strings attached.

✨ Representatives will be available Tuesday through Friday this week to distribute additional modems and help families sign up for free service through June 2026.

Families simply need to come to the lobby to register.

Second grade learned about Temperate and Tropical Rainforests and presented to grades 3-5 today! They created a Venn Diagram poster, used guided drawing to draw animals, and practiced their speaking skills! Los alumnos de segundo grado aprendieron sobre las selvas templadas y tropicales y hoy hicieron una presentación para los alumnos de tercero a quinto grado. Crearon un póster con un diagrama de Venn, utilizaron dibujos guiados para dibujar animales y practicaron sus habilidades de expresión oral.
