Congratulations to the Warrior wrestlers! Both the boys and girls teams came away with a victory in their duals against Seward. And thank you to our seniors on Parents Night for representing Schuyler with class. Go Warriors!

Dear Schuyler Families,
We have been closely monitoring the weather forecast, and while tomorrow is expected to be extremely cold—with wind chills possibly reaching 25 degrees below zero—school will remain in session.
Our general practice is to consider closing school when wind chills reach 30 degrees below zero or colder for an extended period of time. At this time, conditions are expected to remain above that threshold.
Please help ensure your child is dressed appropriately for the cold weather, including warm coats, hats, gloves, and other winter gear.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we work to keep students safe. We hope to see everyone at school tomorrow.

The “Share the Warmth” Coat Closet, located at 821 Denver Street, will be closed on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. It will be open for regular hours, Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:00 to 5:00 through January. Anyone needing warm clothing is welcome to visit the Coat Closet.
El ropero solidario “Share the Warmth”, ubicado en 821 Denver Street, permanecerá cerrado en Nochebuena y Nochevieja. Fishers is having a great last few days before Christmas break. We did lots of crafts. We went on a Gingerbread Man hunt and got to eat snack cakes the Gingerbread Man left! Mr.Richtig brought Mrs.Richtig's dog, Honey to help us on our hunt! We also read and played in a fort! So much fun! En Fishers estamos disfrutando de unos días geniales antes de las vacaciones de Navidad. Hicimos muchas manualidades. Participamos en una búsqueda del Hombre de Jengibre y pudimos comer los pastelitos que dejó. El Sr. Richtig trajo a Honey, la perrita de la Sra. Richtig, para que nos ayudara en la búsqueda. También leímos y jugamos en una casita de juegos. ¡Nos divertimos muchísimo!

K-2 at Fishers learned all about "Balto" and read the chapter book this week. We created posters about what we learned and presented them to grades 3-5.
