Schuyler Middle School

The UNL Immigration Clinic will be at the school on Monday, October 28, 2024. Please sign up for a meeting on the sign up sheet in the SCHS office (402) 352-2421. They will be here from 4:30p.m. to 7:30p.m. They will be meeting with people individually to provide legal advice on their immigration cases. Individual students may be accompanied by their parent(s) or other legal guardian. In order to meet with the immigration clinic, you must have signed up for a meeting time beforehand. If you have signed up for a meeting please make sure you bring these items if you have them:  EAD (work card)  a personal email address (not your school email)  date you entered the U.S.  any immigration papers or forms you have (status docs, hearing dates, the papers from border patrol etc).  your passport (foreign or U.S.)  the name of your attorney if you have one  your phone La Clínica de Inmigración de la UNL estará en la escuela el lunes, 28 de octubre, 2024. Good morning Youth Sports families, You can now find our Youth Basketball schedule on the Youth Sports page of our district website. You can find it under the "Parent Information" tab on the home page, then click on "Youth Sports." This schedule is tentative and is subject to change. Results from Scotus: 7A team won in two sets! 7B lost in two. 8A lost in two after pushing into extra points in the first set, and 8B won in 3 sets. Notes for Thursday: ALL TEAMS (7A, 7B, 7C, 8A, 8B, 8C) play at CMS. Games will play at the same times. C teams at 4:30, B teams around 5:15, and A teams around 6:00. The bus will leave from the SMS south doors at 3:15. Please be on time!

7A and 8A teams picked up two set wins against Aquinas. 8B played really well in a close 3 set game but came up short in the end. Everyday we keep getting better! Next up - Scotus tomorrow. We Can, We Will! We Are Warriors

SMS Volleyball Warrior Queens of the Week: Grace and Brianna! Each week we have one 7th and one 8th grader crowned as the “Warrior Queen” for the week. Girls work all week to earn points from challenges, drills, leadership, effort, etc. for their chance to become the Warrior Queen of the Week. At the end of the week the girls with the most points in each grade are crowned.
