Parents, SMS incentive day format has changed from it's format in previous years. All students are expected to report to school as normal on Friday and students that have earned the incentive will be rewarded with a movie in the gym!

8th grade football team (2-1) fall in a heartbreaking 2OT loss to Lakeview 36-28. Extremely proud of the heart, passion, pride, and class these young men exhibited tonight. Keep your heads up!

Football at David City starting at 4:30 PM - Only 8th grade will play, 7th will practice.
Volleyball at Clarkson-Leigh starts at 4:30 PM in Clarkson. 4 Games 7A, 7B, 8A, and 8B will all be playing.
Yesterday our SMS Band did a great job representing our school in the parade. Great work, Warriors.
Cross country also started their season today. Congratulations to our Boys team they took home the championship at their home meet!! Mynor Hernández meet champion, Miguel Mendez 6th Yeisen Mejia 7th, Brandon Diaz 9th. Girls, Madelyn Mendez 8th, and Citlali Martinez 14th.
