We've got chicks! The eggs hatched over this past weekend. Ken Stevenson helped with making sure their new home was warm and cozy! Thank you to Mr. Trotter, SCHS Art Teacher, for donating the eggs to the Colfax County 4-H program. The kids loved every part of this program.

Mrs. Stevenson bought each 3rd grader a book of "The Tale of Despereaux" by Kate DiCamillo. She has been reading it aloud to her students all year. They cheer when it's time to read it! Here they are discussing their favorite parts and characters.
