Play Production is in full force! Our cast and crew are hard at work with blocking, costuming, makeup, and lighting as we bring this year’s show to life. We’re excited to see it all come together!
It has been one busy week for the SES Warrior Academy kids! From cooking to making flowers and origami penguins to melt magic and diamond art. They keep working hard on all their skills especially in volleyball and pickle ball!
Our High School After School Program students cooked up some beef tacos! Students worked together, shared responsibilities, practiced their cooking skills, and had fun creating a meal as a team!
A huge THANK YOU to Mr. Tongol for doing an amazing job leading this club and giving our students the opportunity to learn, cook, and create together!

INTERNATIONAL CUISINE CLUB PART 3!
This week, our students made Filipino Chicken Macaroni Salad!
From cutting and boiling to mixing it all together, students practiced hands-on cooking skills but then came THE ONION! Watery eyes everywhere! But our students didn’t give up. They laughed, adapted, problem-solved, and kept going!
That’s what we love about cooking...it’s more than a meal. It builds confidence, teamwork, independence, and real-life problem-solving skills.

Learning, cooking, and building life skills, one recipe at a time!
Our high school students put their cooking skills to the test in International Cuisine Club as they worked in small groups to create Sweet & Spicy Chicken Fillet with Tomato Sauce!
From learning how to safely cut and prepare the chicken to coating, frying, and creating a flavorful tomato sauce, our students were involved in every step of the cooking process!
Cooking is more than just making a delicious meal, it’s an important life skill that students can continue to learn, practice, and use throughout their lives. We are proud to give our students hands-on opportunities to build confidence, teamwork, independence, and skills that will last beyond high school!
