Last week in Animal Science we had the opportunity to butcher a deer. Students learned about the anatomical parts of the animal and we were able to learn about some of the retail cuts as well. Huge thank you to the Trotter family for donating the deer to process. #SchuylerCTE

Congratulations to Schuyler FCCLA's Bon Mejia for placing top three in the Fall FCCLA Challenge Tests. He placed in both Math for Financial Literacy and Housing & Interior Design. Bon qualifies to attend the National Leadership Conference to participate in the next round of testing.
