The Schuyler Central High School Marching Band performed well at the Pierce Marching Festival. The band received a Division II Excellent rating. The color guard received a Division I Superior rating. It's a great day to be a Warrior!
October 2nd was National Custodian's Day! Schuyler Central High School would not be the same without these amazing people. The SCHS Student Council would like to give a HUGE shout out to our custodians for all of their hard work. We are so grateful to have them as part of SCHS. THANK YOU!!

Monday October 5th SCHS had two participants in Norfolk's annual Hawkfest Honor Band & Choir festival. Jessica Peterson and Mia Rivera Mejia spent the entire day working very hard to prepare for the afternoon performance which sounded fantastic. Mia was also selected to read a passage during the intro of one of the pieces performed that day.

Today's cross country meet at David City Aquinas has been canceled due to conditions at the course.
The high school marching band is extremely grateful to have some practice time inside. Some adjustments had to be made for the field, but we got to practice playing and marching even with the rain!
Students in Mr. Tongol’s Woods II class are putting their woodworking skills into action as they build and design their console tables!
