FRANK J. DUDEK
Professional Engineer

Frank J. Dudek, Schuyler High School Class of 1968, earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering
from the University of Nebraska and a master's degree in civil engineering from Oregon State
University. While in high school he participated in a variety of school activities and was a member of
the 1968 State Championship Basketball team. Dudek founded the engineering company, Dudek &
Associates, in California which has grown to include more than 300 environmental planners,
scientists, engineers, technicians and construction professionals. Dudek & Associates has appeared
on numerous “Best Places to Work” lists and annually since 2007 on Engineering News Record's list of
Top 200 U. S. Environmental Firms. Prior to founding the firm, Dudek spent two years in Dacca,
Bangladesh designing and building water and wastewater systems. Dudek has held leadership
positions in a number of professional organizations. He also serves on the advisory board of
California Pacific Airlines; the executive board of the Greater San Diego After-School All Stars and is a
patron of several charitable organizations. In 2009 Dudek was inducted into Oregon State
University's Engineering Hall of Fame. He is the son of the late Frank A. and Agnes G. Dudek.

RICHARD G. FOLDA
Attorney/Business Owner

Richard G. Folda, Schuyler High School Class of 1941, is a life-long resident of Schuyler. In 1943
he became an Army Air Force pilot and flew B24's, B 25's and B29's during World War II. Folda
graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1949. After graduation he joined his
father in operation of the Folda Insurance Agency and the Schuyler Federal Savings and Loan
Association and practiced law as well. Folda has served as president of Heritage Federal Savings
Bank, the Nebraska Savings and Loan League and of the four-state Midwest savings conference.
For eight years Folda served as Schuyler City Attorney. For many years he served as president of
the Schuyler Board of Education and the Nebraska State School Board Association. He has been a
member of the Board of Directors of the UNL Touchdown Club for 30 years. Folda has also served
as president of many local organizations including Divine Mercy Parish Council, hospital board of
directors and hospital foundation board, and the Schuyler Golf Club Board of Directors. Folda is
presently a board member of the Nebraska State Bar Foundation and Schuyler Community
Development, Inc. He is the son of the late K. J. and Tillie Folda.

KIM D. WOLFE

Businessman

Kim D. Wolfe, Schuyler Central High School Class of 1975, developed the largest
privately owned ambulance company in Nebraska. After graduation he attended
motorcycle mechanic school in Florida and later enlisted in the U. S. Marines. Wolfe
and his wife founded the ambulance service which later became Midwest Medical
Transport Company. Midwest, an innovator in the industry, was the first company
to use motorized carts and one of the first in the state to have bariatric units. A
commercial rotor craft pilot, Wolfe established Medical Helicopters in 2008. He
owns and operates the “Husker Helicopter” and uses it to make charitable
contributions to area communities. He has donated flights for the Make-A-Wish
Foundation and fundraisers that support area schools, churches and other
organizations. Wolfe established a “Home for the Holidays” program bringing
people in communities across Nebraska home for Thanksgiving and Christmas. He
has donated flights to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, area police and sheriff
departments and the University of Nebraska athletic staff. Wolfe serves on the
Nebraska State Patrol Board and the FBI Citizen Academy Board. In 2013 Wolfe
was presented the national FBI Director's Community Leadership Award in
Washington, DC. He is the son of the late Wilbur and Joan Wolfe.
