Ms. Heather Bebout
Heather Bebout is the administrator for Richland and Fishers Schools. She is also currently in her third year as the After-school Program Director for Schuyler Community Schools. She teaches two hours of technology each day. Heather taught 2nd grade for eight years prior to her new position. She also taught 3rd/4th grade in Utah for four years.
Heather has a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Weber State University. She has a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Technology from the University of Phoenix. Heather just received an endorsement in Elementary Administration at Chadron State College in May of 2017. She has an ELL endorsement on her Utah Teaching Certificate and Driver’s ED endorsement on her Nebraska Teaching Certificate.
Heather has served as the Committee Chair for School Improvement at Schuyler Elementary School for eight years.
Heather was born in Portugal (the Azores) and by the age of 12 had lived in New Mexico, Okinawa Japan, North Carolina, Iowa, Germany, and Utah. She lived in Utah until 10 years ago when she moved to Nebraska. Heather has one son, Michael, who is a senior at UNL.
